5* Service

At Mansfield Innovation Centre we believe that great customer service is just as important as great facilities, and this belief shows in the way our customers talk about us. While we offer flexible workspace, meeting rooms, on-site café, on-site nursery and a supportive business community that helps companies thrive at every stage of growth, it’s the way we look after people that truly sets us apart. Providing 5-star service isn’t something we see as an added extra — it’s central to how we operate every single day and continues to be reflected in the feedback we receive: one recent reviewer said “The staff who run this building have been nothing short of superb for me and my business whilst we have been renting an office.” From the moment someone walks through our doors or first gets in touch with a query, our focus is on being approachable, responsive and genuinely helpful. We understand that running a business comes with enough challenges, so our aim is to make everything else as smooth and straightforward as possible. Whether it’s answering questions about workspace options or accommodating unexpected requirements for events and meetings, our team takes pride in delivering support that people can rely on. This commitment to service is part of what makes having an office here so valuable: you’re not just taking a desk or an office, you’re joining a community where the environment — from reception to centre management — is designed to help your business succeed. Every business at Mansfield Innovation Centre is different, and we make a real effort to understand individual needs rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach. Often, this means going beyond the basics — offering advice, making introductions within our community, connecting people with local partners. Helping with last-minute requests that can make a big difference to a working day. It’s this level of care that turns a workspace into a trusted business base and why so many companies choose to set up or relocate their office here. The feedback we receive reinforces how important this approach is. Time and again we hear that our team are friendly, professional and quick to respond — and that this combination of excellent facilities and outstanding service makes Mansfield Innovation Centre a great place to work. These 5-star experiences don’t happen by accident; they come from a team that genuinely cares about the people and businesses it supports, from helping members grow to ensuring everyday interactions are positive and productive. When you feel supported in the place you work, you can focus on what matters most — growing and developing your business. This is why having an office here is more than just a practical choice: it’s a strategic one. You benefit not only from a professional, fully-serviced workspace but also from access to a community of like-minded entrepreneurs, business support resources and networking opportunities designed to help you grow. We’re proud of the reputation we’ve built for outstanding customer service and even prouder of the community we support here at Mansfield Innovation Centre. Delivering a 5-star experience isn’t just our goal — it’s our standard, and it’s part of what makes this such a great place to base your business.
